The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Faisalabad (BISE FSD) conducted the annual Intermediate 2 examination at the end of 12th class. Unlike 1st year, the board also conducted a supplementary examination for second-year students. The Supply exam is conducted after the annual examination. Both regular and private students can apply for the supplementary exam.

- Finally, click on the “Get Result” button.
