UNODC Jobs Employment Details
- An advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in social sciences, development studies, public policy, business administration, project management, economics, political studies, security studies or other related fields is required.
- A first-level university degree in similar fields in combination with two (2) additional years of qualifying work experience, may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-Learning, digital learning, or training support, including demonstrated experience in the localization, translation, or quality assurance of online training courses or instructional content is required.
- Documented experience in carrying out quality assurance of training materials developed in the Urdu language, including the ability to assess linguistic accuracy, contextual relevance, and technical terminology in Urdu-medium instructional content is desirable.
- Prior experience working with or supporting law enforcement agencies, security sector institutions, or comparable government entities in the delivery of computer-based or online training is desirable.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with training focal persons, site managers, and technical staff of national counterpart institutions and law enforcement agencies is desirable.
Language
- English and French are the working languages of the UN Secretariat. For this position, fluency in English (i.e. oral and written proficiency and excellent drafting skills) is required. Knowledge of other official UN languages is an advantage. Fluency in local language (URDU) is desirable.
