Nutrition International Pakistan Jobs Employment Details
- You will have a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) is required.
- At least 8–10 years progressive experience in accounting and financial management, including 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role, ideally with INGO/multi-donor exposure.
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, donor compliance, budgeting, and internal control frameworks, audit and statutory compliance in an international development context.
- Experience managing finance teams and providing oversight of procurement, payroll, administrative, and/or partner financial-management functions.
- Knowledge of Pakistan’s tax, labour-related financial obligations and applicable provincial social-security requirements, would be an advantage.
- Must have Strong ERP / Excel skills and knowledge of donor compliance and grant financial management.
- You will also come with strong people management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Excellent stakeholder-management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with donors, auditors, banks, government authorities, legal counsel, partners, and Regional/HQ teams.
- Language Skills: Fluent English and Urdu. Fluency in any other language spoken in the country will be an asset.
